About Us

The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a Central Sector Scheme of Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. The sole aim of the NSS is to provide hands on experience to young students in delivering community service. At presidency the culture of service to society is always inculcated through students. NSS is a tiny part, ready to contribute its share for the welfare of the mankind. We at presidency inaugurated NSS cell in 2016 with 50 students on board and the growth was absolutely phenomenal. We are proud to say that more than 1000 students in past has worked as NSS volunteer. We have done more than 200 activities, Participated in 2 National Integration camp. Organized six bold donation camp.
